Workshop in the 6ix presents: Introduction to DJ
As part of UforChange’s Workshop in the 6ix program, UforChange will be hosting two workshops this week. This is an amazing opportunity for the young people of Toronto gain new skills.
The first workshop is Introduction to DJ which is a two-day workshop that will teach you the basic foundations of DJing. The workshop’s main focus will teach you how to blend tracks and allow you to understand the equipment. If you want to dabble with the equipment and learn a new skill, this workshop is for you.
This workshop is on Wednesday March 30 and Thursday March 31 2016 from 6-8PM. The location of the workshop is at 563 Dundas Street East, Suite 206. You can register at http://ufcdj.eventbrite.com or email email@example.com.
The second workshop is Grant Writing who is looking to learn about the basics of grant writing. You will learn how to search for the right grant, how to secure a mentor/trustee, tips and tricks to secure the grant and some-hands on practice. By the end of the workshop, you will walk away feeling confident in writing a grant.

It is important to note that the workshop is open ONLY to youth 16-29.
